Returns and Refunds

We bake and package our cookies to order and therefore do not accept returns and cannot offer refunds.


Returns are only accepted for goods which are sent in error. If you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately. If your order is not to your satisfaction, you will need to return at least 50% of your ordered products back to us within 24 hours so that we can investigate the problem.


We will not be liable to you in respect of any complaint concerning any aspect of any product which is not raised by you within 24 hours of delivery by us, collection by you or your agent or if your order is not collected when collection has been requested.


In the case of damaged goods, you must retain the damaged products and all packaging as evidence.


We will have no liability to you for any indirect loss. Please clearly state your order number, dispatch & delivery details in all communications to us.
