Our baking days are Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays with cut off for orders 9pm the night before.
Postal orders are sent Mondays and Wednesdays only. Local collection and delivery will be made from 1pm on their respective baking day.
Please contact us if you require delivery outside of these days and we will see if we can accommodate your request.
We typically ship through Royal Mail First Class and UPS but may, on occasion, utilise other courier services.
Orders of 8 cookies or less will be sent in a thin box that should fit through your letterbox, orders of 9 or more cookies will need someone home to accept delivery.
Items shipped through Royal Mail are typically any of our products that fit through the letterbox.
The cost of postage is based on weight. As a rough guide:
Royal Mail First Class is normally 1 to 2 business days and UPS is normally next business day.
For our subscription services, no shipping is charged in addition to the price of the subscription service you are signing up for. Shipping has been taken into consideration within the cost already.
We offer free collections from our address at 10 The Worthys, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 8DQ and you can select collection as a method of delivery at checkout. Collection dates are Tuesday afternoon [12 noon to 6pm] or Friday [9am to 6pm].
While your order will be ready to collect Tuesday afternoon or Friday, we will also send a collection confirmation e-mail. Please do let us know what time you will be collecting.
We cannot be held liable for any delays caused resulting from you selecting collection at checkout and then being unable to collect. However, we can arrange for the order to be posted or dropped off subject to the necessary fees being paid.
Local Drop Off
If you live within the BS32, BS34 or BS36 postal areas we offer a drop-off option for £2.50.
Drop-offs will be done on the date of baking [Tuesday or Thursday] unless otherwise specified. If you choose this method, please ensure someone is available to receive the order. Do contact us if you are only available certain times of the day and we will try and accommodate.
If there is no answer at the door, we will try to contact you via the phone number provided. If there is still no answer, then your order will need to be collected from us at a later date. We will not be held liable for reasons beyond our control and offer no refunds once an attempt has been made to deliver your order.

If you wish to cancel your order, you will need to contact us prior to 9am Monday for the Tuesday bake day and 9am Wednesday for the Thursday bake day. Once we have baked your cookies, we cannot take any cancellations or offer any refunds. Our cookies are baked to order.
Our cookies are baked fresh so are best consumed on the day of delivery. If you do not manage to eat them all in the same day, then simply pop them in an airtight container in the fridge. They will be good for up to a week in there.
Our cookies are also suitable for freezing. Make sure you wrap them individually and put them in the freezer on the day of delivery. They will last up to 3 months in there. When you take them out, make sure they have come to room temperature before unwrapping and consuming
A quick 10 seconds in the microwave will give your cookies that warm ‘just-baked’ feeling. Alternatively, heat in the oven at 180oC for 2 minutes.
We take every step we possibly can to ensure your cookies will arrive safely in one piece, but accidents do happen. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for any issues that have occurred during the delivery of the cookies. But, if you contact us, we will see what we can do to help. Our online shop is open and able to receive orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
We have built our website ourselves and are constantly updating it so there are occasionally issues with processing orders and payments, if this happens, we will be in touch to either arrange correct payment or adjust the order.
