By purchasing a monthly subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring monthly subscription fee at the current monthly subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. Payment is collected in advance on the first of each calendar month. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time subject to our cancellation policy.
If we do not receive payment from your card provider or if your card expires or is rejected, your subscription will be cancelled. We will contact you to request updated payment details or to confirm subscription cancellation. Should you wish to continue your subscription you will need to checkout again via our website with updated payment details.
If we ourselves cannot complete the order for any reason, we will contact you in advance where possible.
All subscriptions are sent out on the second of each month following receipt of full payment. If this falls on a weekend, the subscription will instead be sent on the Monday.

You agree that it is your responsibility to maintain your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will confirm once we have received your cancellation request but if you do not hear from us within 24 hours, please feel free to get in contact with us to double check.
If you cancel your subscription, the cancellation will take immediate effect from when you send the e-mail. Depending on when the cancellation is requested you may still have an order due to you for the period that has been paid for. If you do not wish to receive the next monthly subscription you will need to have cancelled your subscription prior to it being billed. You will not be eligible for a refund for subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect.
